Mark
Who is Mark?
Mark began his legal career in 1984 as a student intern attending Northeastern University in Boston where he gained firsthand commercial litigation experience. After transferring to Temple University in Philadelphia, he worked as a paralegal on plaintiff and defense matters involving automobile and railroad negligence, medical malpractice, asbestos, and product liability. This experience prepared Mark to join State Farm Insurance Company’s bodily injury liability claims unit in 1993. At State Farm, Mark handled property damage, PIP, UM, and liability claims. During his final two years attending law school, Mark managed litigated automobile negligence claims and attended three to four mediations weekly. After graduating from law school and joining the Florida Bar in 2003, Mark co-founded a private firm focused on negligence and commercial litigation. His experience taught him to value attorneys’ and clients’ time and use attentive listening to help parties resolve conflicts. On his personal time, Mark participates in and volunteers for charitable causes including Habitat for Humanity and United Way.
